Darren Coremans - recommends KV Physiotherapy - Rarely, do I take the time required for self care. Having ignored the aches and pains which I initially associated with turning 30; I found myself more and more afflicted by them. Unable to do certain shifts at work or cancelling on plans for slightly more physical activities pain began to detract from my quality of life. Realising that there was likely something more I could be doing to counter this I took the advice of a friend and contacted Eleri to arrange a consultation for physiotherapy input. From the get go Eleri’s warm and calming nature made working with her feel relaxed, safe and above all relevant to my needs. Eleri listened first, then worked to assess how she could best support me. Like all things worthwhile change was slow to occur. After a few months, and about three sessions with Eleri rather than ‘feeling better’, I realised I no longer felt as hindered by pain and that which remains is more manageable and identifiable prior to it becoming debilitating. Eleri provides a wonderfully person centred service, one which I have found invaluable and I would highly recommend working her. May 2019

Allison Williams - (5 star) My son recently had an injury whilst representing Wales in the Touch Rygby Championship in Sterling. It was a Saturday afternoon and he needed the physio to enable him to play in the final the next day. We were extremely luck to find Eleri who agreed to see my son at such short notice! He hobbled into Eleri’s treatment room, Eleri knew immediately where the the origin of the issue was and following a treatment he was able to complete a trial run and play in the final the following day. Daniel Scobbie - (5 star) I recently had a knee stabilisation operation done and post operation was quite surprised as to how little movement I had in my knee and so couldn't walk at all. I went to Eleri for my post op physiotherapy having been to her before and within 3/4 weeks of great advice and exercises I managed to restore the full range of flexion in my knee. I felt soo up beat after the first session having gone into it feeling rubbish and she totally reassured me everything would be fine about my whole situation. She took time to explain everything she was going to do over the course of my rehab and I was quite surprised at how quickly I progressed. I'm now running again and looking forward to getting fully fit and back to sport. I would totally 100% recommend Eleri to anyone in the same situation as me looking for a post op physio or any other problem in that matter. January 2017
Sinead Jack - (5 star) I recently sprained my ankle at an exercise class, it was pretty sore and I didn't want to keep exercising on it in case I did more damage so I went to see Eleri. She was able to see me within days of contacting her and gave me some great advice and exercises to help aid recovery. After only 2 weeks my ankle is pretty much back to normal and I'm back to my usual exercise routine.

Margaret Anne Mccafferty – (5 star) I had visited Eleri for niggling problems last year and was impressed by her knowledge and treatment. I unfortunately had a fall resulting in a total hip replacement on New yrs day and after making good progress I became "stuck" a few weeks ago. My leg had been extremely swollen which had mainly resolved apart from residue at scar site and surrounding area. I had a pronounced limp and wasn't quite sure how to progress my recovery. I revisited Eleri who gave me wonderful advice re my surgery and its implications, explaining fully what had taken place, why I was feeling the way I did and how to move on productively. She also "massaged" the scar area which helped break down scar tissue. She is helping me "retrain my brain" into using my operated side which had became all but redundant! I feel so much more positive about my recovery now and thank Eleri so much x. March 2016
Liz Houliston – (5 star+) I cannot recommend Eleri highly enough not only is she a knowledgeable and very experienced physiotherapist but also a lovely caring kind lady. Within a few minutes of meeting Eleri explained more to me than my GP after two visits. Stephen Fitzsimmons – I would thoroughly recommend getting professional physiotherapy treatment with Eleri.I fell down some stairs approximately 6 months ago and thought I had just bruised some ribs. I have been in pain for 6 months and feeling low as I was unable to exercise and not getting better. Within minutes Eleri had diagnosed the situation, a treatment plan was explained, and a 20 year old ankle injury was also spotted. 2 GPs and a chest x-ray had failed to spot anything previously. I have had a small amount of treatments. I feel confident and positive walking. I have been doing some light swimming and feeling much more positive in myself as I can see a huge improvement. David Thomson – (5 star) This Is the place to go if u have any kind of injury or strain etc. been here plenty of times for my knee problem a had for years no one including hospital knew what was wrong and within two weeks of a few visits no pain and freedom. Also done ma ankle ligaments 3 weeks ago and am usually out for at least 3 month and 2-3 weeks later back playing football couldn't recommend anyone better,affordable and friendly anywhere else.
